How to Return or Exchange:
1. Open your shipping email and select "Request a return."
2. We approve it within 48 hours. In the United States, a prepaid label arrives by email.
3. Mail it back.

Processing:
Returns are checked within 7 business days. Refunds are issued within 3 business days after that, to your original payment method. Your bank may take 5–10 more days.

Fit: Fitted bodice, free skirt. The bodice sits close through the chest and waist, with about 3½″ of room through the chest; the skirt falls freely from the waist. Order her usual size. If she is between sizes, or broad through the chest or shoulders, choose the larger size. Velvet does not stretch and the sleeves are full length — if her arms are long for her age, choose the larger size.
