Gift Cards

Purchasing & Redeeming Gift Cards

• Mi Regalia gift cards are available in multiple denominations and can be purchased directly from our website.
• Gift cards are delivered electronically via email to the recipient and contain a unique code to be used at checkout.
• They never expire and can be redeemed for any available product on our website.
• Gift cards cannot be reloaded or redeemed for cash unless required by law.
• If the total purchase exceeds the gift card balance, the remaining amount must be paid using another accepted payment method.

Lost or Stolen Gift Cards

• Mi Regalia is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of gift cards.
• If you lose access to your gift card email, please contact customerservice@miregalia.com for assistance.

Gift Card Refunds & Returns

• Gift card purchases are final sale and cannot be refunded or returned.
• If you return an order purchased with a gift card, the refund will be issued as store credit rather than back to the original gift card.

Store Credit

• Store credit is issued in cases of approved returns, exchanges, or special accommodations.
• It is provided in the form of a digital code that can be used at checkout, similar to a gift card.
• Store credit does not expire and can be applied to any future purchase.

Using Store Credit

• Store credit can only be used on Mi Regalia's website and cannot be transferred to another person or account.
• It cannot be exchanged for cash and must be used toward merchandise.
• If your order total exceeds the store credit amount, the remaining balance must be paid using another accepted payment method.
