At MI, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned, and you may need to return or exchange your purchase. We want to make this process as smooth and hassle-free as possible.

30-Day Return or Exchange Policy
We offer a 30-day return or exchange policy. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:
- Unworn
- With all tags attached
- Free of stains, scents (such as perfumes), or any signs of wear

Non-Refundable Items
Please note that items marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to Initiate Your Return or Exchange
1. Package Contents: Your MI package will include a return label, an invoice, and a return and exchange form.
2. Fill Out the Form: If you wish to return or exchange an item, please fill out the return and exchange form completely.
3. Prepare Your Package: Attach the provided return label to your package and include the filled-out form inside.
4. Send It Back: Drop off the package at your nearest shipping facility.

Processing Your Return or Exchange
Once we receive your package, our team will inspect the item within seven business days to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria:
- Unworn
- With all tags attached
- Free of stains, scents (such as perfumes), or any signs of wear

If the item meets these conditions, we will process your refund or exchange. The time it takes for a refund to appear in your account may depend on your bank's processing time.
