At Mi Regalia, we understand that sometimes a purchase may not work out as expected. Our goal is to make the return and exchange process as seamless as possible for you.

30-Day Return & Exchange Policy

We offer a 30-day return or exchange policy from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed, we regret that we cannot process a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must meet the following criteria:

  • Unworn and in original condition
  • All tags attached
  • Free of stains, scents (such as perfumes), or any signs of wear

Non-Refundable Items

Items marked as final sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Each order includes a return label, invoice, and a return/exchange form. Please follow these steps to process your return or exchange:

  1. Complete the Return & Exchange Form included in your package.
  2. Repackage your item and include the completed form inside.
  3. Attach the provided return label securely to the package.
  4. Drop off the package at your nearest shipping facility.

For exchanges, please indicate the desired item and size on the return/exchange form.

Processing Returns & Exchanges

Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item within seven business days to ensure it meets our eligibility criteria.

  • Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your bank.
  • Approved exchanges will be processed, and the replacement item will be shipped once the return has been received and inspected.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact customerservice@miregalia.com immediately so we can resolve the issue.
